So last night, when we were all getting ready to go to sleep at about one o' clock, one of Them comes in and tells us to go to the control room. We managed to stumble our way (sleepily) in there and sat down in some swivel chairs. Torrence, of course, appears on the huge screen and tells us that we are getting a new resident, to which Siron states:
"Why didn't you bring them today? Not when we can't see keep our eyes open?!"
And Torrence chews her out with a lesson on manners, and she gets a healthy dose of shock sticl. To which she laughs because, she has electricity powers now. Who woulda thought?
Anyway, the new freak was brought in. Funny to say, the freak was a guy. He has long black hair, with strange violet eyes. He's fairly tall, but not anywhere near Siron height. (She's almost 6'0") Anyway he dresses in all black right, and he's got really pale skin. Onix doesn't know where he came from right now, because she was asleep in her swivel chair the whole time. But back to the story, the guards finally shock sticl him down into one of the chairs-in which ropes restrained him from doing anything-and he just sat there limply.
"Everyone," Torrence said, smiling,"meet Jax. He's your new roommate!"
"You're kidding me?" Luna said, staring at him. "He's so. . .uncolorful!"
"Coming from the girls who shop at Hot Topic," Torrence said, and that got his attention.
Jax looked up from his slouched position,"Why am I here?"
"Because, darling. You, like the other three here, are one of our creations! We let you out into the world, but you killed people, so this is your punishment," Torrence explained.
"But we weren't given a chance! The boy wonder over here was, but we weren't! What did you think we would do? Blow up the whole city?! I don't think so! We could've been living normal lives if you. . .idiots hadn't fooled with our brains, our blood, our cells, our bones. . .everything! It's all YOUR fault!" I bursted.
"Now, now, calm down," Torrence said. "You will all go back to your room and go to sleep. Nothing will be said about this experience, and you will forget everything that happened, yes?"
"No," I said, and a shock stick poked into my back. Hard.
So now we're sitting outside. It's really cold, but that doesn't bother me or the girls. Or the boy, it looks like. Turns out, he's from Maine. That's why the cold doesn't bother him. He doesn't talk much, but when he does, he's very sweet. He sits away from us at lunch. I guess he thinks we won't accept him or something. I should go and talk to him. But not right now. He's listening to. . .what is that?. . .ahh, okay: Panic! At The Disco. I really like that band. And AFI, too. (A Fire Inside) I love hard rock music. Also southern rock music, too.
I guess that's pretty much it for now. I hope everyone is well!
Byez,
Jamie Besont!
